was all I knew for a grandma. She's I'll start with the unhappy news so that when I end this post, I end it on a cheerful tone. Today, our next door neighbour passed away. Auntie Olfat has been almost my grandmother, my real grandmother on my mum's side died long before I was born and my grandma on my dad's side and I never got along. So Auntie Olfatnot only our neighbour but also, her husband is my dad's uncle. This lady was the kindest ever, she used to take care of me and my brother as children and seriously I will miss her around. The sad thing is, we knew she was dying for a while, and although I always tried to visit and stuff, I knew I wasn't there enough. I ask you all to help me pray for her , that's the least I can do.
On a more positive note, I started today work at OpenCraft. I was actually too excited to sleep last night so in turn I'm so sleepy now. So far, I love it here. The only downside so far is the distance, it's in the other side of Cairo, so I get stuck on the 6th October bridge for at least an hour and half each day. I'm hoping that if I leave early enough, I might reach before the morning rush hour but I'll get stuck getting back home. I'll try to see other ways to reach Dokki, maybe longer in distance but shorter in time. I'm really excited about the project I'll be working on the next couple of weeks... i'll keep it a secret for now , but let's just say it reminds me of my MSc dissertation.
Well anyway, I'll post again soon but i'll run for now. I'm still getting used to the Linux based system so everything is taking me ages. Ciao for now
